Become a Volunteer!

Please help support Mira Mesa Girls Softball by becoming a volunteer!

Our league is run 100% by dedicated parents, coaches, family members, siblings, and friends. It takes a team to make each season a success, and we’re always looking for extra hands to help out.

Whether you can give a little time or a lot, there’s a role for everyone!

Please note: Most volunteer roles may require some experience or training, which we’re happy to help provide.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years old.

Ways to Get Involved

• Head Coach / Assistant Coach - Teach skills, build teamwork, and make the game fun for our players.

• Team Parent - Help coordinate team communication, organize snacks, and support your coaches.

• Scorekeeper - Keep track of game scores and player stats (training provided).

• Field Prep & Maintenance - Help with setting up and maintaining fields before and after games.

• Snack Bar Helper - Serve up smiles and snacks during game days.

• Board Member - Join the leadership team and help guide the future of Mira Mesa Girls Softball.
