Nominations for Election to BOD

*You can nominate yourself or someone else for any open position.

*The Nomination Form must be completed and submitted by the end of the day on July 3rd 2019. If you have any questions or did not receive the nomination form via email, please contact us via email to [email protected]. Please Subject the email with "2019-2020 Election". 

*After review of all nominations by the Leagues Executive Board, candidates will be contacted if they would like to accept the nomination and asked to submit a form that will be reviewed for eligibility, no later than July 10th. Candidates must accept the nomination via email. Members may accept more than one nomination but will only be elected for 1 position dependent on the position responsibilities.

*After accepting a nomination all eligible nominees will be placed on the ballot for election. Elections will take place on Tuesday, July 16th 2019, TIME & LOCATION TBA.

*Each family is granted 1 vote per each registered player in the league.

e.g. 1 player, 2 parents = 1 vote

2 players, 1 parent = 2 votes

3 players, 2 parents = 3 votes

*Voting can be done in person on July 16th or via Survey link. If you would like to request the Survey link please do so via email. For multiple votes per family you must provide a separate email address per vote. Please contact us at [email protected]. If your email or preferred email to vote has changed please contact us as soon as possible.
