We are excited to kick off another fantastic Spring Softball Season!

Spring Season practices are estimated to begin the week of January 29, 2024. Games are estimated to begin Saturday, February 10, 2024 and will run approximately through Saturday, April 27, 2024. All divisions will play primarily on Saturday with possible weekday games for 8U-14U. Game times are still TBD.

DISCOUNTS: We are proud to offer a military discount per player, as well as a sibling discount for families registering more than one child in any division. Our early bird discount is available until November 30, 2023.

VOLUNTEERS: All players, managers, coaches and team parent volunteers need to register online. If you need assistance creating an account or registering please email [email protected]

All adult team volunteers (managers, coaches, team parents) will need to consent to a background check and complete SafeSport training.

PLAYER ACCOMMODATIONS:
MMGS will make reasonable accommodations, modifications or adjustments to enable players with disabilities an equal opportunity to participate. During post season and tournament play, accommodations may be limited and players will be selected based on ability and coachability.

IMPORTANT ITEMS:
  • FIELDS: Our home field is Hourglass Park and Fields utilizing fields 1-5. Each child should have a pair of cleats, glove, helmet with a face-mask, and Fielder's face masks are required for all players in 8U. We highly recommend facemasks for divisions’ 10U-14U for extra added field protection. 
  • PRACTICE: Practice days are anytime between Monday-Friday 4pm-7pm. Practice dates and times are determined by the team Manager and field availability.
  • Refund Policy: If cancellation is before evaluations, a full refund less $10 processing fee will be issued. If cancellation is after evaluations but before uniform distribution, a 50% refund will be issued. There will be NO REFUNDS once uniforms have been issued to players. Exceptions to this policy can only be permitted with MMGS Board approval.
  • Snack Bar: MMGS is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a youth sports experience. Programs and equipment are mostly paid for from the money made in our league Snack Bar as well as through generous tax-deductible donations. We ask that all families please fulfill the snack bar commitment so that MMGS may continue to provide your player with future softball experiences. 
  • BIRTH CERTIFICATES: A copy of your child’s birth certificate must be submitted for age verification purposes through USA Softball for all new players. Copies of the player's birth certificate can be emailed to [email protected], or uploaded at registration. Copies of birth certificates are sent directly to USA Softball and not kept in the league’s possession.
