2019 Mira Mesa Girls Softball Runway Classic
Mira Mesa Girls Softball, located on a spacious college campus in beautiful San Diego, CA, invites you to play in our Annual Runway Classic All-Star tournament from 06/28/2019-06/30/2019.
The Runway Classic is a softball tournament that has been hosted by Mira Mesa Girls Softball each year at Hourglass Park since 1998. This USA Softball sanctioned, top-notch tournament is available for Rec Ball Gold and Silver Divisions including 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U brackets. Each team entered gets a 3-game guarantee with trophies for every player on the 1st and 2nd place teams in each division. In addition, VIP medals will be provided for pool play.
There will be plenty of food and lots of vendors. When you’re not on the Field, there are several hotels and countless food, beverage, and shopping options nearby. Gather the troops and bring the whole family!!

Hourglass Park
Hourglass Park is named after an auxiliary landing field operated by the United States Navy before and during World War II. The name comes from the layout of the airport’s runway system, which was a single piece of asphalt mostly in the shape of an hourglass due to three overlapping runways. It was primarily used for carrier landing practice during World War II and is now the site of Miramar College and our Hourglass Park playing fields.

Registration Fee: $550 per team (Early Bird discount of $50.00 per team if registered by May 5th!!!)
Deadline to enter: June 3rd, 2019
